Your role as Trainee Consultant

As a Trainee Consultant, you will work closely with our Medior and Senior Consultants. You begin with an intensive onboarding program, after which you will independently tackle challenging projects:

• Providing strategic advice to clients on financial, operational, and legal choices.
• Optimizing franchise manuals and legal documents to support our clients with compliance and growth.
• Innovating and improving processes by implementing new tools and methods.
• Contributing to our marketing strategy, for example by writing articles and creating content for social media.

You will alternate between working at the office, at clients' locations, and partially from home (up to 40% remote work).

What does your workweek look like?

Every week brings new challenges. On Monday morning, we discuss ongoing projects and successes in the team. Throughout the week, you will collaborate with colleagues on client projects and internal initiatives. On Thursday afternoons, we end the week with a friendly gathering, where we celebrate achievements and exchange ideas in an informal setting.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an ambitious starter ready for a flying start in consultancy. You are:

• A strategic thinker with at least a completed university degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field.
• Strong in communication, both verbally and in writing.
• Someone who thinks analytically, quickly grasps matters, and is eager to take initiative.
• Results-oriented and capable of independently managing multiple projects at once.
• Keen to learn and motivated to continuously develop yourself.

What do we offer you?

• An attractive starting salary between €2,500 and €3,000 gross per month (depending on experience).
• Travel reimbursement or a public transport card, plus an annual training budget for your development.
• Hybrid work options with at least 60% on location (office or at the client).
• Fast-track opportunities to become a Medior Consultant, where you will independently lead client projects.
