What is the Franchise Performance Scan?

The Franchise Performance Scan is specially developed to give the franchisor and franchisees of a formula objective insight into the satisfaction of the affiliated franchisees. By measuring what is happening, you can further improve cooperation, communication, and the formula itself. This way, you ensure everyone is on the same page and stay one step ahead of the competition.

Together with you, we determine the success factors and indicators for your organization. Based on this, we create a custom questionnaire and invite the franchisees to fill this out anonymously. This often involves recognizable aspects or disciplines within the franchise organization, such as:
