Agreements with FranchiseResult

You can submit your email address to receive a newsletter. In the email, we inform you about our services, news items regarding franchise formulas, and products. Your email address will only be added to a subscriber list with your permission. The subscriber list will not be shared with third parties. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe button. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to pieter@franchiseplus.nl.

CV Database

If you have requested information regarding a franchise formula, we will include your information in the CV database. We use this CV database to keep you informed about franchise formulas that you may also be interested in. Your information will only be added to the CV database with your permission, and your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent. With your permission, we may share your information with a franchisor regarding a franchise formula in which you may be, could be, or could become interested. Every batch mailing we send contains an unsubscribe link, and you can reply to any personal email sent by our staff with a request to unsubscribe. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to pieter@franchiseplus.nl.

Security

FranchiseResult applies a security level for processing personal data that, within the capabilities of current technology, should be sufficient to prevent unauthorized access, modification, publication, or loss of your personal data. However, it is not possible to guarantee the prevention of a data breach.

Consent

We will not use your personal data for other purposes unless you have given prior consent or we are required to do so by law.
In all cases in which you have given your consent for a specific data processing operation, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This will not affect past performance, but does mean that we will no longer be permitted to process that data. This may result in FranchiseResult no longer being able to provide you with certain services.

Right to access, correct, and delete

You can request access to your data from FranchiseResult at any time, or request FranchiseResult to change or delete it, by emailing pieter@koelewijn.nl. FranchiseResult may be legally obligated to retain some personal data. For these personal data, FranchiseResult cannot change and/or delete them at your request.

Right to object

We are also happy to assist you if you have any complaints about the processing of your personal data. Third parties

We make sound agreements with third parties regarding the security requirements they must observe with regard to your personal data and record these contractually.
